Real Showing offers various levels of management for Bay Area commercial properties, big and small. We can handle maintenance requests, collect rents, and lease vacant spaces. If you prefer to receive the rents we can do everything else. We work 7 days a week and are available at all times of the day. We have experience with office, retail and storage properties. We currently manage 11 commercial units and 17 apartment units.
Fees
Our fees depend on the level of management we offer. We typically charge 5% of the monthly lease amount, however, this depends on the size of the property, total rent and a few other factors. In some cases we will charge a flat monthly fee and sometimes and hourly fee.
Coverage Area
We primarily do business in San Francisco, however, we can work on properties in other parts of the Bay Area.

Subleasing
If you have a commercial property that is out of the ordinary or is difficult to rent, Real Showing can partner with you to lease and manage it. We can lease the space from you and sublease it, collect rents and take full responsibility for the property. After paying expenses, we can both profit. We currently do this for a unique storage space in Redwood City.
